1. How Do I Order?

First, you should navigate our website and you should add the products that you like to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button.

Once you have finished your shopping, click on the "Show Cart" button on the top of left hand side menu.

When you open the Cart page, Click on the "Checkout" button.

When you open the Checkout page, you will be requested to submit your Username and Password. If you have Username and Password, please type it. If you forgot your password, please click on the "Forgot your password?" button.

If you do not have a username and password, then you should create a username and password that is your choice, then you will be required to provide your shipping informartion.

Once you complated your registeration, then you will be asked to select shipping methods.We ship to all around the world. However, we are not responsible for the custom fees or import/export fees etc. that may apply in your country. Customer is responsible for those fees. You may receive your goods within 7 working days of ordering.

When you finished all the steps above, you will be required to submit your Mastercard or Credit Card information.(See Privacy Policy here)After you submit the necessary information please click on the "Next" button. Then, you will finish your shopping

2. How long does it take to make the order ready?

It usually takes 24 hours to make your orders ready. However, if you place your order at the weekend, your order might be ready on the following week day. Receiving time may vary and it depends on your location.
